Floral Design Studio Joins Saba Decor: In-House Florals for Weddings, Corporate Events & Celebrations

By Sania Birla, Founder & Creative Director, Saba Decor Rentals

Floral Design Studio is now part of Saba Decor. You’ll see it under a slightly longer name, Floral Design Studio by Saba Decor, but it’s the same Fremont studio doing flowers for weddings, corporate events, parties and everyday deliveries around the Bay Area and Wine Country.

What changes for our couples? Honestly, not much. Your in-house wedding florals stay right where they were, designed by us next to everything else. The news is for people who aren’t getting married. A company gala, a product launch, a big birthday: you can now book the same floral work through floraldesignstudio.com.

Key Takeaways

  • The studio now runs as Floral Design Studio by Saba Decor.

  • Getting married with Saba? Your florals are still designed in-house, alongside your decor, rentals and draping.

  • Companies can book it for galas, conferences, launches and executive dinners, or for standing office arrangements.

  • Also birthdays, anniversaries, showers, fundraisers, private dinners. And plain everyday bouquets.

  • Where to start: weddings come to Saba Decor. Everything else goes through floraldesignstudio.com.

Why We Brought Floral Design Studio Into Saba Decor

I’ve never treated flowers as a separate line item. When the same team handles the florals, the draping and the stage, the whole room holds one palette instead of three vendors’ ideas competing for attention. That’s why our wedding florals have always lived under the same roof as our decor and rentals.

Bringing the studio in lets us offer that to people with no wedding on the calendar. A company gala. A family anniversary. An office that wants fresh flowers in the lobby every single week.

What This Means for Saba Decor Couples

Planning your wedding with us? Nothing about the process changes. We design your florals in-house so they match the mandap, the stage and the tablescapes, and we still plan them one event at a time, mehndi through reception.

Want to see the range? Our Indian wedding floral page has jaimala garlands, mandap installations, floral walls, even flower chandeliers.

What Floral Design Studio Offers

The studio’s work falls into four buckets.

Corporate: Brand-aligned florals for galas, conferences, product launches, and executive dinners, including entry and stage pieces, plus recurring arrangements for offices and showrooms.

Social events: Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, showers, fundraisers and private dinners. Delivery, setup and pickup afterward are part of it.

Everyday: Hand-tied seasonal bouquets, bud vase sets, and arrangements for the home or office, with same-day Bay Area delivery on orders placed by 1 p.m., or pickup in Fremont.

Weddings: Bridal flowers, ceremony and reception pieces, and hanging installations.

Corporate and wedding projects begin with a proposal. Send your date, your venue and what you’re hoping for. Full-service events cover styling, installation and teardown, and corporate installs are scheduled outside event hours, so nobody’s workday gets interrupted.

Corporate Florals With a Wedding Designer’s Eye

Corporate flowers have a hard job. They need to photograph well, hold up through a long program and say something about the brand without shouting it. A big South Asian wedding asks for all of that too. One reception can fill a ballroom and keep going late into the night.

So the corporate side inherits habits we already have. Arrangements sized for a big room. Installs that go in and come out on a tight clock. And the venue’s rules get sorted out before the day, never during it.

Where Floral Design Studio Works

Home base is Fremont. The studio covers San Francisco, the Peninsula, the East Bay, the South Bay and Wine Country, and Monterey and Carmel are on its city list too. Same as Saba, it stays in Northern California.
